1. Introduction & Age Requirement

Welcome to VelviaWellness. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. In accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, we do not sell products to minors. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect the user is under the legal age.

2. Privacy & Discreetness

We value your privacy as much as you do. All orders are dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging with no mention of the website or product nature on the outside. Your billing statement will appear as "VelviaWellness" to ensure maximum confidentiality.

3. Product Representation

While we strive to display our products as accurately as possible, actual colors and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing updates. All technical specifications (material, size, battery life) are provided by the manufacturers.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, hygiene is our top priority.

• 3-Day Change of Mind: You may return any product within 3 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened, and still in its original, heat-sealed hygiene packaging.

• Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the item is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Exclusions: Once the hygiene seal is broken or the internal packaging is opened, the item is strictly non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is proven.

5. Defective Goods

If you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of receipt. You may be required to provide photos or video evidence of the fault.

6. Limitation of Liability

VelviaWellness shall not be liable for any health issues or injuries resulting from the misuse of products. Please read all instruction manuals carefully before use, especially regarding material safety and charging requirements.
